Greatest Opening Scene Ever

This was filmed in Colorado. By default, this music plays through your head as you travel through the BC interior. We've taken the main highways: The Crow's Nest, the Coquihalla and the Okanagan Connector. I remember when we were driving through the Okanagan Valley and my wife said: "There's something evil about this place."

  1. The best horror movie ever. An artistic masterpiece matched with the thrill of horror. A rarity indeed. I find it hard to believe that many critics gave it poor reviews when it first came out. It was even nominated for two raspberry awards. Of course, since then those very same critics list it as one of the best. It just goes to show how full of shit these critics are.

  2. Yes, I agree. The critics thought Kubrick and Nicholson were going low brow. They came in with pre-conceived notions.
